Fees

Platform fee: 9%
Calculated on item price only, which excludes shipping and tax

Payment processing fee: ~3%
Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 on the total amount charged to the buyer (item + shipping + tax)

On Payouts

Fees are automatically deducted when a seller's payout is released.

Included in payout:

• Item price

• Shipping cost

Deducted from payout:

• Platform fee

• Payment processing fee

• Return label cost (if applicable)

During Returns

Seller's Responsibility

(Defective, wrong, or misrepresented item)

• Buyer receives: Full refund (item + original shipping + tax)

• Seller receives: Platform fee refunded

Buyer's Remorse

(Changed mind, no longer wants item)

• Buyer receives: Partial refund (item + tax only)

• Seller receives: Platform fee refunded + original shipping cost
